Welcome to Debit CardSwap, a convenient Digital Banking tool that lets you easily link your C1st debit card to your online subscriptions and shopping accounts all in one place.

Getting Started is simple.

1. Log in to Digital Banking
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on "My Cards" and then select "Debit CardSwap."
3. Click on "Get Started."
4. Simply click the shopping sites, streaming services, and subscriptions you would like to update and click "Next Step".
5. Enter your C1st debit card information and click "Verify Card".
6. Verify your accounts by entering login credentials for each of the accounts you selected. 
7. Click "Link Account".

•  Is there a fee associated with Debit CardSwap?

  Debit CardSwap is a free service for all C1st members using digital banking

•  How long does it take to update my payment method for a merchant using Debit CardSwap?

  When you update card information or a payment method for a merchant, it may take a few minutes or up to 24 hours for the update to take effect. You will receive an email confirmation once your card has been successfully connected.

•  What happens if my C1st debit card is reissued?

  Debit CardSwap will let you know if any connected merchants no longer have valid payment information. Click on the notification banner to easily reconnect these merchants to your newly issued card.

•  How do I swap my card in Debit CardSwap?

  Click on the merchants for which you would like to update your card information. Then select a different card already in your Debit CardSwap account or click "Add New Card" from the payment method dropdown menu, then click "Verify."

•  What merchants are available in Debit CardSwap?

  Currently, more than 65 of the most popular U.S. online merchants—including Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify—are supported by CardSwap.
