C1st Celebrates Groundbreaking for New Shenandoah Branch Location

Community 1st Credit Union hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, May 17th to commemorate the beginning of construction of it’s newest branch in Shenandoah, Iowa. The new 3800 square-foot facility will be located at 700 S. Freemont St. The building project is located on 3.65 acres and will include 5 offices, a conference room with seating up to 10, as well as a spacious lobby, multiple drive-thru lanes, and a drive-up ATM.
The credit union has partnered with Single Source Architects & Master Builders out of Waterloo, IA who will be the general contracting company to lead the project and see to completion. Construction on the new facility will begin this month projecting to be open early 2023.
