IMA Spring Conference

Several mortgage team members recently attended the 2024 Iowa Mortgage Association Spring Conference in Coralville, IA. Peggy Umlauf was recognized by the IMA for outstanding production in 2023, achieving the “Winners Circle" award. Peggy closed 101 loans and 10.8 million in volume in 2023. Tom Schulte is the current president of the IMA and was this year's emcee of the spring conference.
